I know I am a little late on the primer bandwagon but where have they been my whole life?! Using a primer before your makeup {and after your moisturizer} is one of the best things to do to achieve that flawless completion.
So I was so excited when Make Up For Ever released their newest primers 1 Step Skin Equalizer. The range comes in 10 different formulas to suit pretty much every type of skin. I got my hands on 4 of them: Mattifying, Hydrating, Nourishing and Soothing.
I decided to test out the Hydrating and Mattifying primers as those are my biggest issues when it comes to my skin. The Mattifying primer delivered exactly what it promised; My skin was smooth and almost flawless even before applying my foundation.
My skin is combination {slightly oily on the t-zone and dry everywhere else} so I multi primed. That means I applied the Mattifying primer on my t-zone and the Hydrating on the rest of my face and it actually worked. But the Step 1 Mattifying Primer is definitely a winner in my book.
